Just a friendly reminder as spring arrives to review your lease to determine which aspects of lawn care you are responsible for. If you live in a condo or townhouse in which the HOA takes care of exterior maintenance, they will most likely also be taking care of landscaping. If you are unsure, please give us a call.

If you do not want to responsibility of taking care of mowing and maintaining your lawn, please email me at and I can hire a lawn care service for you. Also, let me know if you will want weekly or biweekly service.

Returning your yard in the same condition as you received it is part of your responsibility as an occupant; keeping it looking nice will help to protect your security deposit. Please make us aware of any sprinkler, weeding, mowing or general yard maintenance issues you may have, so we can help you to address them.

If you prefer to have a vendor take care of your lawn maintenance on your behalf, please give us a call and we can put you in touch with some great landscapers.

If there are underground sprinklers at your home, we will be sending someone out in the coming weeks to get them up and running.
